The Lexoo Story

Ivy is the Operations and Legal Product Manager at Lexoo. She worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy for over four years, in both Hong Kong and London.

Prior to that, she worked as a researcher at the Economist Intelligence Unit in Beijing. Ivy holds an MA from Oxford University.

Georgia is one of Lexoo’s Sales and Business Development Reps. Before joining the Lexoo team, Georgia worked in the private commercial world and later the in-house media sector.

Like all Aussies, she enjoys her coffee and avocado smash, as well as all things yoga and nature.

Charity is a Business Development Manager at Lexoo.

Prior to joining Lexoo, Charity worked in business development at Ashurst and Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Charity holds a law degree from University of Nottingham.

James runs Lexoo's digital marketing and growth process, having previously headed up Marketing at equity research platform Research Tree, and worked as Audience Acquisition & Content Manager at venture-backed BrightTalk.

James holds a degree from the University of Aberdeen.

Before joining Lexoo as an operation associate, Unna practised as a barrister for ten years. She appeared at courts across the country and was instructed by various prosecuting bodies before going in-house to work in government litigation.

Unna holds a LLB from Warwick University.

Chris is a full-stack developer at Lexoo. Prior to joining the team, Chris was regional manager for a national outdoor sports company.

Chris enjoys sci-fi, zombie movies, pizza, and cycling, he also holds a degree in Graphic Design from Loughborough University.

Adil is the Legal Network Manager at Lexoo and oversees the growth of our global panel of lawyers. He has a background that ranges from advising on legislative reform, to practising corporate law with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.

Adil holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria.

Nicole manages the operations process at Lexoo.

Before joining Lexoo Nicole worked as a lawyer at the World Bank in Washington D.C, she was also a field organiser during the 2010 US mid-term elections. Nicole holds a J.D. from American University.

Jack is a Business Development Manager at Lexoo.

Jack was a litigation associate at Allen & Overy in Sydney before moving to London and joining Lexoo.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Sydney.

Hannah is the legal talent manager at Lexoo. She is a journalist by trade, and has worked as an account manager and an investment portfolio manager.

Hannah has a B.A. in news editorial journalism and a minor in Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Hannah supports the Business Development team at Lexoo. She is an ambassador for Startup Grind Thames Valley and before joining Lexoo, worked at Harley-Davidson as a legal intern.

She enjoys cheese and wine nights and the occasional gym session to compensate.

Ben heads up business development at Lexoo.

Before joining Lexoo, he worked as a litigation solicitor at Norton Rose, as well as Hausfeld.

Ben holds an MA from Edinburgh University.

Before joining Lexoo, Annie worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP for over four years. Annie is also trained as a full-stack developer.

In her spare time Annie likes to paint and make ceramics. Annie holds a BSci and MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Before Lexoo, Adam worked at ADM Group in London as Legal Advisor and then Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Adam lived in Montreal, where he trained as a lawyer at Lavery, de Billy LLP.

Adam holds an LL.B. and a J.D. from Université de Montréal and is fluent in English and French.

Kriszta is a Full-Stack Developer at Lexoo.

Before joining Lexoo, Kriszta worked as a full-stack developer at a software consultancy and in various agencies London.

Kriszta loves spending time in the outdoors: hiking and snowboarding are her activities of choice.

Esther is a Full Stack Developer at Lexoo.

Prior to joining the team, Esther co-founded Tress (YC W17) as the CTO and worked as a senior developer at a software consultancy firm building products for businesses in London.

Esther enjoys sci-fi books/movies and yoga.

Aga is Lexoo’s Growth Analyst. Before joining, she studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford University. She is passionate about behavioural economics and gets overly excited about spreadsheets.

She also holds a MSc in Innovation Management from Imperial College London.

Nic is a seasoned venture capitalist. Nic has been Managing Partner of Forward Partners since 2013. Prior to that he spent 13 years in various VC roles, in both London and Silicon Valley.

Fabian is a tech serial-entrepreneur and VC partner at Earlybird, based in Berlin. Prior to joining Earlybird, he was co-founder of seven companies, including DailyDeal which he sold to Google.
