About Joanne
I have over 16 years specialist experience in employment law, acting for businesses and senior individuals. I'm motivated by achieving excellent results for my clients and the desire to build strong client relationships is at the forefront of everything I do.
My experience includes acting for a wide range of different clients including senior employees and directors, SMEs, start ups, national companies and public sector organisations.
I advise on all employment related issues, including contracts policies, disciplinary and grievances, ill health and performance, discrimination and disputes. Particular areas of expertise include TUPE, transactional work, large scale restructurings, senior exits and restrictive covenant disputes. I am also an experienced in litigating before the employment tribunals.
